I just start with our slushy machine BUNN CDS2 and dont really like the premix stuff and was actually thinking about to use our homemade syrups (contains a lot of sugar). Wouldn't Simple Syrup (sugar dissolved in hot water and then cooled be better then it is ensured that it is dissolved and not granular in the final mix. We contacted the manufacturer of your machine (Faby Slush) to see if they had any recipes from scratch available, but we have yet to hear a response. In most natural fruit purees and juices (e.g. grape, cranberry, pomegranate), the sugar from the fruit (fructose) should be higher than 12 of your solution. Because fructose affects the freezing point of a solution more significantly than disaccharides like sucrose (table sugar), it will probably take longer for your fruit mix to begin freezing and you'll need to experiment a bit with your mix.
